Nature is definitely my favorite subject. I love its infinite variety and the way that changing light and weather conditions affect the mood of an image.
I also love to travel and explore new landscapes and cultures. Some of the more exotic places I’ve experienced include the Amazon basin, Papua New Guinea, the Galapagos islands and remote villages in Ethiopia. I enjoy sharing the beauty and diversity of these locales through photography.
I’ve been pursuing my passion for photography for 30+ years. I like to share my work with and learn from my colleagues at the Morton Arboretum Photographic Society, the DuPage Art League, and the fotoMuses, a group of dedicated female photographers.
