BARBARA WORK

Photography is a pursuit I have enjoyed these past 10 years.  My interests are very eclectic and include landscapes, still life, wildlife, abstracts, macro, and architecture.  My greatest joy is photographing nature. Going off path and exploring the incredible symmetry and mysteries of nature is my favorite pastime. I find it calming to immerse myself in the moment and enjoy the complexities of the subject.  I create my images by applying

different in-camera techniques and utilize a variety of software programs

and filters to create interesting compositions.  I have exhibited at The Norris Gallery, Cantigny, the Morton Arboretum, Bloomingdale Park District Museum, the Schaumburg Prairie Arts Center, and through numerous other smaller venues.  You may find me on Instagram.
